I was in AC 3 Tier upper berth ...overall good experience....but the upper berth is not suitable for sitting....i think railway ministry should do some adjusments for future....coach was soundless and clean.

Alahazarat train is look like a local train. No cleanliness in bathroom curtains & bedding look like tht it not washed.really it’s very pathetic to travel with this train

very poor service I have buyer ticket of 11 clings
but one ticket of 3 person waiting ..
no any message of cancellation received and during trip tt fined huge amount ..
irctc services is a great cheating service..

In sleep class general ticket passengers were disturbing the reserved seat passengers and T. T.e didn't said anything to them when a general ticket passenger can travel in sleep class what is the use of getting seat reserved

Train was 15 hrs delayed...
no prior intimation to passenger.
bathroom are not cleaned as well as no water in bathroom.

TC failed to remove unreserved people from sl class
