worst train I have travelled in 3ac
windows are not cleaned
toilets are dirty
plush is not workings
there is no water in toilet
seat are not comfortable
very old coachs
cleaning workers are not come for cleaning

To smelling toilet no proper maintenance even the window was dirty full of dust. the voice from windows were too much sound should maintain the cleanliness

toilets very dirty train very late and too much venders roaming in bogi and shouting tea tea 3rd AC looks like general bogi not satisfied with train service

Train is Punctual only In Summer and Rainy but not Winter...And I request to Railway to Make this train LHB not Yellow type bcoz this interior is very Old and Services also not so Good...Your Sincerely Citizen Mustafa

ट्रेन लोकमान्य तिलक टर्मिनस से शुरू हुई तब से शौचालय में पानी नहीं था और शौचालय के आसपास के क्षेत्र से बहुत गंदी बदबू आ रही थी।
139 टेलीफोन नंबर पर इस बारे में शिकायत की थी तभी सफाई कर्मचारी सफाई करके गए फिर भी गंदी बदबू से पूरी तरह रहता नहीं मिली कृपया सफाई पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए
इतनी लंबी सफर की गाड़ी में शुरुआती में ही इतनी गंदगी होगी तो इतना लंबा सफर काटना बहुत ही मुश्किल हो जाता है.

very dirty train shampoo was not in bathrooms water in the place of shampoo,all the time two tea men lying on the side seat in 2 nd ac

Worse train.
I got struct two time.
Jab marji band jab marji chala lete hein.
Last time pahle train cancel ka message aaya or maine ticket cancel kar dia uske baad suddenly I got the message that the train is again running.
Hats off to them.

Highly overloded even in reserved choches... Even sr. Cityzen like me has to make almost every efforts to reach and get my reserved bearth... Which was occupied by other pessangers who were not have even tickets... & no TC was available during the entire travel from Gwl to aligarh...
