Another horrifying experience. l was unable to reach my seat as the Reserved compartment was over crowded and no place to enter or exit.
TTE s somehow settled with the situation although they show some anger when they enter the scene. But we don't get to see the compartment cleared of these unreserved passengers. That never happens. Very very pathetic condition. After reserving well before 2 months, this is the situation we get to face.
We see less number of sleepers than higher class. You started earning and left the sleeper class passengers in the lurch.
You are starting all new trains and new services. But before that do something on these issues. First correct your basics.
Am cursing myself for having undertook such a journey. I'll correct this mistake in future as l know that you may not change.

we book 2 sleeper seats, but some people take our seats they are don't allowed site here, checking officers not coming throughout the journey

Since the train has been cancelled, NO REVIEW. However, I am not sure how the REFUND will be made. Am I suppose to submit the TDR? Please GUIDE me. THANKS.
