The Vendors in train were selling Low Quality unhealthy Water bottles in Rs.20/- & food stuff was not up to the mark.

very poor management of general class ... tickets didn't get confirmed which was book 1.5 month back.. general class was over crowded b4 the arrival on the platform..

thousands of children are studying in dehradun and mussorie,and there is only one train on this route with 2 coaches of ac/3 and 1 coach of ac/2, it is overcrowded whole year ,this a request to railway ministry to atleast increase the ac and sleeper coaches in this janta express.

kindly improve water tap,there is no soap & cleanliness
