Food was outsourced by people wearing irctc t-shirts, food was so bad that my elderly parents got ill. Price of food was higher than scheduled rates.

Train was 6 hours late. Air Conditioning was not proper .It was shivering cold at times.

Needs especial emphasis on toilets cleaniness. Bio toilets are choked. Needs constant cleaning. Old ac compartments are running in the train, needs replacement. Train rout is such that one craves for food, not to mention tea and coffee. Pantry needed in the train. Too much time taken (22. 5hrs) for a distance of 850 KM.

Lot of mosquitoes were in the coach. Sheets & blankets were not clean, punctuality was pathetic.toilets were clean.

THERE IS A JOURNEY OF NEAR ABOUT 24 HOURS. SO THERE SHOULD BE A PROVISION OF PANTRY CAR. HOWEVER CLEANLINESS IS NOT UP TO THE STANDARD.

its pathetic. i booked 3 tickets in 3AC from pratapgarh to haridwar but the coach in which my tkt was booked was not there and there was too much crowd in other ac coaches. i along with my aged mother had to travel in sleeper class till lucknow. We were not carrying any blankets. dont know when indian railway will improve their service standards

Train was running punctuality & cleaning very good but pentry not available no staff available
