Very Bad Experience with Nauchandi Express...
My journey from Prayagraj to Bareilly on 8th of aug.2026 by Nauchandi Express was extremely disappointing. I had a very bad experience with the railway staff, especially the TTE and police staff.
Instead of helping passengers, their behaviour was rude and disturbing. I felt uncomfortable and harassed during the journey. The way the staff dealt with passengers was completely unacceptable and made the journey stressful.
Railway authorities should seriously look into the behaviour of the TTE and police staff on this train. Passengers deserve to travel safely and peacefully without being unnecessarily disturbed.
