Train always reach on time before varanasi
But varanasi Station administration never give it platform on time.
on the date of journey train was stopped on outer for approximately 2 hours and chair car AC compartment Air condition was not working.
Railway website was showing arrival of train at station around 14.30 hours while train was reached to platform by 4 pm.
Please try to manage the train on time at station not on outer for excess time
