लोगों को बेवकूफ़ बनाया जाता है ट्रेवेल गारंटी के नाम पर यात्रियों से एक्स्ट्रा पैसे लेने के बाद भी टिकट कन्फर्म नहीं होती और रिफंड मेँ केवल रेलवे की गाइड लाइन के हिसाब से पैसे वापस मिलते है ट्रैवलिंग के लिए ज्यादा पैसे देना इनको बेवकूफ़ी है

but reservation walo ki safety nahin hai, upar ki kamai chhod doh, tt wale general walo se fine lekar reservation mein daal dete hain ismein reservation walo ko kya fayda hai unki taklife kaun dekhta hai.

train was good but confirmtkt app very bad it's charged my rupees 100 for not name coming in waitlist it should give all money back to me because with that u can't travel in sleeper it permanently cancel by ticket from waiting list.

Very bad condition,passenger having reservation could not board in train CV due to unauthorised persons occupied hearth. TTE and GRP not came in coach. Toilet were pack up with unauthorized people. Very bad situation.Train also late 5 hrs.

in the train the quality of coaches is good but bathrooms were not clean & Many of passengers lying on the floor of train. Pls if you want to improve something then pls improve the confirmation of tickets.

The Coach is old , mobile charging point is not working
And train return timing is wrong because local passenger is reservation entrence and put seat .TTE is not checked the tickets.and CRF is not running the journey.14206 Delhi to hapur very difficult the journey.so please the survey after is correct journey.and my personally advise 14205 8 pm Faizabad departure time Delhi arrival time 7am.
Delhi departure time 8pm FAIZABAD arrival time 7 am.so thank you
