train coupe was not comfortable, one small armirah was not required there. bed had metal pieces around them causing hurt to small children, one of staff was not that polite. train door remained opened through out the journey
train quality is good, but the food quality is very low, toilets are not clean, at about 9.pm water in toilets has been fineshed
Quality of food is poor and so costly, cleanliness and punctuality is very poor.

I am travelling in 3ac,in B1 coach the condition of toilet is very poor there is no hand wash in toilet.
Bedsheets were not washed properly and towels were not even washed. No one came to clean the seats and washrooms.
AC water was all around the floor and due to that entire luggage got chocked in water.. very poor service even in 1st class.....
The bed linen provided in this train is generally wet and not improved inspite of regularly being pointed out/ Complained .

govt. should provide a help line no. in each train..
Very bad experience because 1st AC Coach and sleeper class interlinked door is open and everyone is coming in 1st AC which is not good after so many charges.Toilets are also used.
