Railway department is useless . 5 tickets are waiting &1 ticket are Rac &5 person journey in Half seats in 700 km distance &ticket amount are full payment.

the bhogi was not functioning properly.had to complaint about toilets not clean. doors not closing properly.no soap liquid in toilets.bed rolls not available

catering facility not available bathroom of B1 Coach was blocked through the journey. linen facility not available. there was too much rush by the local public and rly staff from DLI to Panipat and making lots of noise even upto 2330 hrs night. all are to viewed seriously and hope it will be shorted out thanq

very slow train and stop on every crossing and stoppage please timing of the train should be correct

Traveled by 1AC.. upgraded from 2AC. Compartment was reasonably clean. Bathrooms were the usual ok type as is expected out of a common bathroom.

Train service is good also punctual. but the food quality which you are providing is very poor. Tea quality is disgusting.

The toilet was not in a cleaned hygenic condition right from the origin and all throughout, it was pointed out to the attendant but nothing was done,

Extra passenger in 3AC coach , no check. Water tab not working in toilet as well as in wash besan. Dustin was already full from departure station.

local passengers are allowed in reserved coach without any reservation and ticket which breaks the security and privacy aand comfort

govil services are always needed to improve.. No urgency in services, staff takes their own time. Staff needed to be trained
