A2 seat number 20, the seat was torn, the train was dirty, no attention was paid to cleanliness, the bathroom was also dirty, what is the use of travelling in second AC, the light is out in it, I am feeling uneasy about safety.

food service and Quality is so bad 😞 everything is saling overcharged they can't provide a Real Bill they are provide handmaid Bill and inscet inside the meal .

रिजरवेसेशन बोगी में जूनरल टिकिट ले कर घूसखोरी कर के सीट पर बैठ जाते है ओर बुकिंग वाले कों सीट नाही मिलती ओर ना कोई TT आता है ओर RPF वाले भी कुछ नाही कर पा रहे है

B1 coch is verry darty coch nk here charging bord in side birrh i don't like this coach i am unhappy by this train i never trevel by this train

punctuality 0%...... local train is much better then it.... tomorrow's train was 6hrs late. while my mom was traveling with it...it's my humble request to you please improve the punctuality . this is my last travel with it.. never I book ticket again.
