food service and Quality is so bad ЁЯШЮ everything is saling overcharged they can't provide a Real Bill they are provide handmaid Bill and inscet inside the meal .

the information given prior to t the trains arrival was wrong even misleading and one has very little time to board the train

punctuality 0%...... local train is much better then it.... tomorrow's train was 6hrs late. while my mom was traveling with it...it's my humble request to you please improve the punctuality . this is my last travel with it.. never I book ticket again.
