बहुत बहुत बेकार मेजमेंट है और ट्रेन मै स्लीपर क्लास कोच मै बिना टिकट बहुत लोग यात्रा करते है और टीटी का तो पता नहीं चलता कहा है वो ओर रेलवे पुलिस को फोन करके बताने पर भी कोई कारवाही नहीं होती ओर वो बहुत गंदी तरीके से बात करते है

I had booked 2 tickets and there was a person sitting next to me. My seat was 21 and 22, his seat was 20 but he had made his 2 more children sit on the same seat and was totally uncomfortable.

very very poor service ... Indian railway is very bad railway comparison other railway in world .. today 14013 is approx 10 hrs late ..

Worst punctual and when the train approach Ed Hapur Jn. at 6:00 am many unauthorized vendors and persons disturbed the passengers when most of them were sleeping. The attendent was not available.

nice train. train quality is ok. neatness in train is good. punctuality is superb.

Avoid using this train . Delayed for no reasons . May due to political Vendetta against Gandhi family as the train was introduced by Late Rajiv Gandhi.
