side upper sear is not comfortable to sleep or lay down for long journey. Toilets are not clean. dustbins are full, CA (Couch attendant)advise us to throw the waste plastic outside the moving train. AC kept in low mode sometime not able to identify as the ac's turned on or off. bedsheets, pillow and blanket been provided by the CA. Pantry food are not good in taste and price skyrocketing. Rs150 for veg thali !!!
also, didn't have much different between 3rd AC and sleeper coach (except provided AC but on a low mode obviously)

worst train travel in my life.
unauthorised person Will occupied the reserved train coaches. i file complaint against the issue but no proper action taken. please the central government take action against the unauthorised person who will occupied the reserved coach. and I humbly submission is please provide police for each coaches for the women safety

I had a confirmed ticket (PNR: 6158238083) for Dhanbad Express from Tirupattur to Coimbatore on 6th October 2025.
The train compartments were reversed, and I was standing at the correct coach position, but due to the reversal and short halt, I could not board the train as the doors were closed.
I request a refund as I was unable to travel due to operational issues beyond my control.

I start my journey on 29th September 2025, From train no13351 and I order a veg noodles but they serve me a kocroach in noodles and other thing is they were charging more money of basics food as they were serving rice dal and veg curry even there is no body to take care of us for atleast bedsheet or blanket and for towels

Even in 3 tier Ac.
conditions of rest room are worst. can't able to look through hole and even water doesn't cleaning it.
train is fully untidy and white clothes they provide are also having dirt marks.
overall I didn't like it.
then I noticed rusted non functional rat traps. please replace these.
provide some hygiene

fuck off,,u taken full amount of giving confirm seat ticket 3285 instead of 2810. ,only one seat is confirmed,,and 2 nd is still on waiting list,,,I am on train 1st passanger is on side lower birth and I am travelling near bathroom by standing pathitically,u taken 3285*2 for 2 tickets and you given only 1 confirm Ticket for both of us,,due ,,, return my full amount,u bloody creap,, terrible experience with you I have.. return my full amount now😡😡😡

Too late to reach Ranchi that made me loss my money and my train , it reached Ranchi at 6:20 pm while smvt was at 6:20 from hatia, ut haulted there for another 15 mins then went hatia at 6:50 pm while my smvt left at 6:20 pm, this made me highly disappointed with Indian railways timing, even after planning all & keeping 2.5 hrs of difference I was unable to caught hatia smvt express becoz of such late and highly unpunctual train service from alappuzha express.

మీరు ట్రైన్ ఎక్కే వరకు ఒక లెక్క ఎక్కిన తరువాత ఇంకో లెక్క journal and sleeper same మీ బర్త్ మీద సర్వ హక్కులు వేరే వాళ్లకు కేటాయించబడింది అడిగిన కలిచెయ్యరు ఇంకా మనమే అజీస్ట్ అవ్వాలి తప్పదు ఫుడ్ పర్వాలేదు టైమింగ్ అస్సలు బాగోలేదు క్లీనింగ్ అయితే వరెస్ట్ బాత్రూమ్ లో వాటర్ లేదు మొత్తం గలిజ్ చేసేశారు 3 గంటల్లో వేరే ట్రైన్ ఆల్టర్ నేటివ్ లేక అందరూ దానిమీదే ఆధారపడ్డారు కనీసం జనరేల్ స్లీపర్ కోచ్ లు పెంచితే బాగుంటుంది లేదా దీనికి వేరే ఆల్టర్ నేటివ్ కొంచం ధర పేట్టి నడిపితే బాగున్ను ఇంకో విషయం ఏమిటంటే dhanbad to Visakhapatnam కి 24 hours పైనే పడుతుంది దీన్ని 16 నుండి 18 గంటల లోపు విశాఖకు వస్తే చాలా టైం అదా ఆవుతుంది ఎందుకంటే చాలా చోట్ల క్రాసింగ్ లు స్టాప్ లేక పోయిన అపెస్తున్నడు minimum 16 houurs lo విశాఖకు easy ga time మార్చవచ్చు

please don't opt for this train. The worst experience I have ever faced in train. all the North indian people have occupied the reservation compartments and it looks like never less than an unreserved compartment. Even a local bus will have less people occupied in an busy morning while office and schools run. Inspite of booking a reserved ticket I found very difficult to get my own seat due to all the people hanging and pushing and rushing inside the compartments. All the people who have reservation tickets were not given their seats and most of them didn't even boarded the train. such a bad filthy smell and it was unbearably suffocating inside the train.

Train is late by more than 5 hours. Zero punctuality. Tried to cancel ticket but was not through. Please inform IRCTC / Indian Railways to provide cancellation of tickets if Train is late even by 1 hour as we are having urgent works too attend. On addition I have incurred additional 1000 Rs. for travelling to Rajahmundry on that day for not getting the above Train.

No ticket collector. No seat for reservation ticket holders. They can't even reach to their seats. At least 250 to 270 people for one second sitting couch. what means of reservation. Please remove the second sitting reservation. Make them as un reserved couches like before. It helps some people postpone their journey dates. Railway get more tatkal revenue.

I want to tell u sir that your train safety is not good. all r saying that a.c. are good to go somewhere but in a.c. we are paying that much amount after that also there were no care about customer luggage..attendant should give night duty properly in train becz the people's get enter and just take the things go out. after all this now I m going to tell everyone not go for long journey with the allaphaujha train because all r lazy employee on that train.
