It is very nice and punctuate it was arrived at station before the time so I am very happy to see this train but they have many halts please stoped at the main halt like lucknow, moradabad, ayodhya etc

there was so much indiscipline and unauthorised activity. Ticket booking by passenger in the 3 AC coach. without confirm tickets and general person are surviving for the train ticket while booking online ticket.

बहुत घटिया है सेवा स्लीपर की सब लोकल वाले स्लीपर में घुस जाते है और स्लीपर की हालत जनरल से भी बुरी हो जाती है भारतीय रेलवे को इस विषय में बहुत देख रेख करनी चाहिए कोई सुरक्षा नहीं है होती है स्लीपर के कोचों में कोई लोग मत आया करो

Very bad, even at night when I initiated my journey at 1:16 AM, I didn't find anyone for the bed sheet in 2ND AC. The staff are also very bad, I have seen they are thrown the wastes in the railway track.

You need to look into the secutiry of the passengers, bathroom and the food quality must be good( It was really unhealthy & low quantity food in high rate of services... (160 for egg+rice +daal+one veg).. Need to focus on that

अभी तक मैं लगातार पांच वर्षों से द्वितीय व तृतीय श्रेणी में यात्रा करते आया हूं उसमें जो संकट झेल हैं वो इस प्रकार हैं।
(१) ट्रेनों का समय से न आना।
(२) कोच में सफाई कर्मी का न आना।
(३) शौचालयों में अत्यधिक गंदगी का होना।

इस ट्रेन में मेरा बहुत खराब एक्सपीरियंस था रिजर्वेशन होने के बावजूद भी लोगों को परेशानी उठानी पड़ रही थी जनरल टिकट वालों से और बिना टिकट वालों से ट्रेन में काफी भीड़ थी जनरल टिकट वालों की वजह से और बिना टिकट वालों की वजह से जिनके पास रिजर्वेशन था वह लोग अपने सिट पर आराम से बैठ नहीं पा रहे थे आईआरसीटी से मेरा निवेदन है कि इस समस्या को गंभीरता से लें और इसका हल निकाले कृपया करके जनरल टिकट वालों को और बिना टिकट वालों को स्लीपर कोच में ना घुसने दिया जाए ताकि रिजर्वेशन वालों को कोई समस्या कोई परेशानी ना हो
