To the Railway Superintendent, Gaya,
I am an ordinary passenger, just a common citizen. Please tell me how many days it usually takes to resolve (rectify) a complaint.
Or is it that the people associated with the railway organization are given free rein? For example, the canteen staff or the condition of platform washrooms, or the sale of duplicate items.
Why is this happening openly? Instead of Rail Neer bottles, duplicate water bottles are being sold in your canteen. Has this been approved by Narendra Modi?
Dirty water is supplied where “Drinking Water” boards are displayed. People are openly consuming alcohol and smoking cigarettes in the canteen area, that too in Bihar, and you claim that railway checking is strict.
Even if checking happens, it seems to be only for the poor and helpless people. That is what I have seen and understood. It is clear that after reading this, it will probably be ignored.

very bad train 1tickt lekar h1 cabin me 4 log baithe hai aur tc kuch nhi bolta jabki ticket alag alag cabin me rehta lekin Sare ke sare ek hi cabin ghuse rehte hai.

train was very good it was on time bt indian railway has stopped the train and delayed it by 2.5 hrs which is not good .The train has very good staff also

train tt meri ticket kisi aur ko de diya . jab mein train mein tha bola ki Teri ticket ab nhi hai meine absent laga di. Mera refund b nhi diya jab ki meri koi galti nhi thi.

Poor bathroom facility. No protection for sleeper passengers. A large number unauthorised passengers in the compartment. Neither TTE nor RPF personel help us.

toilet condition is worst like sleeper coach, no water supply, no liquid soap, no cleaning in coaches and in toilets. food quality is very bad. boarding point change at last moment it gives harrasment to passengers, many of passengers have not able to board this train, I manage to board it from Varanasi Jn and TC was asking so many questions about that. after spending money it took lots of trouble too to complete my journey. sorry to say but next time will have to think twice about traveling by Gangasatluj exp..

reservation ka koi fayda nahi hai kyuki without ticket bhut Jada log hote hai isme aap washroom bhi nahi ja sakte agar aap family ke shaat ho to isme bilkul bhi na jaye

I've been in AC compartment yesterday and my experience was worst of all the trains I've travelled through. Main reason was the food quality as well as passengers. I've got a seat and all the gents there was staring me like the whole time. I tried everything to escape that but they kept staring me and tried to make me uncomfortable. passengers were horrible and was using abusive and adult languages openly. my mother was not feeling well still they played music and reels on loud music. I've requested them but none of them listened. 4-5 creepy gents were staring at me and there was no one I could've asked help from. I would probably never travel again after this experience

Train is so dirty. Sleeper coaches are like general coach because all the time local passengers are coming in sleeper coaches. very worst experience
