this time very plbad experience because my father and my sister is traveling and first we didn't get our coach B7 after talking to sutomer care they ask me to install one app name Anydesk and ask me to share the screen and for payment the call came from irctc official number i am confused what to do. Then TTE tell my father ur seat will allocate to lower coach my father have a leg problem

This train service is very nice, punctual, catering staffs and Coach attendants coordinating. but the major Cons of this train is cleanliness. Toilets and dustbins of AC coaches are very dirty. I had travelled twice by this same train within a span of 10 days (#13281 on 18 June & #13282 on 09 June). In my both trip I found no water in taps in my coaches (B1 & S2 respectively).
