Train has very loose timing. I boarded in general class of the Train at DDU for BSB as my booking was from BSB. All general coaches along with 3 or 4 AC coaches were out of platform. please increase the length of platform no 6 so that all coaches are on platform.

very bad service in 3rd AC coach .bedsheet .pillocover are so dirty that I can't explain.ac are not working properly.there areany times I tell you in person than he says that I have no other option.

at the end time plateform not to be changed for harasment of passenger and train departure without passanger it means train departure and passenger on other plateform

me S2 coach me betha hu per pichle 1 din se isme pani nhi araha h aur baki coaches ki toilets bahut jyada gandi ho rakhi h

toilets are too dirty as u can't pass urine also, there was no soap along with wash basin, poor punctuality, worst experience.

The co passanger was fithy dirty.Modi sir should make provisions of penalizing passangers for spreading dirt in side the train

3 hrs delay common Mr Prabhu sir it's something. My mom and dad missed there train golden temple coming from amritsar there boarding point was mathura.What a railway system sir it's 2017 still.....all promises of you and Mr Modi sir... sorry to say but they are in air ....!fast INDIA!

Boarded the train from CNB ,the coach was not clean and all outside vendors were seen in the a.c. coach at haults
Train went unexpectedly delayed and reached MTJ by 2 hrs late

No cleanliness in washrooms and too much late departureing at my destination. Rate of food products is high as per menu list.
