I request you to convert this train from ICF coaches to LHB coaches. I'm already travelled this train but no pantry car is available in this train whereas e - catering is available but fooding rate is too much high.Coach quality is not good. I request you to add one pantry car for this train and convert icf to lhb coaches.

worthless train for malda journey... not at all maintaining any timings... food quality is horribleđą.. just a four pieces of raw bread has been served.... atleast bread should have been toasted

AC2 Coach are very old. Fittings, accessories including sanitary fittings are broken/missing.

The reserved compartments in the train were full of waitlisted travellers and it was very difficult to move.

The fans were not working. After complaining on twitter the problem was resolved. After Bardhaman, people without proper travel ticket, boarded the train. They bribed the TTE. We felt like if we were travelling in a busy unreserved local suburban EMU train. PS - I was on board in a Second Sitting (non AC chair car) class.

Because of No pantry we passenger have to face prblm for foods...... pantry is most important for this train...
