we missed the train.wegot stuck in traffic when we reached the station train just start to move, rpf or grp said don't try to step in with kids, they also request to gaurd in train but he not stop or slow down for a minute.we go to station master office he said talk to TT.A TT said another train Ananya he take responsibility KOAA to DD(Din Dayal Upadhyay )for pet person Rs 1000 no conform seat after that talk to another TT. We lose our money.Railway need a help line or support system, if someone missed a train they refund some money or get a ticket on another train.No one wanted to missed the train.And the main reason to stuck in traffic because of heavy rain,water stuck on road and most important Indian PRESIDENT visit our city kolkata.

tickets will not get confirm unless you book when seats are vacant I booked my ticket when it was RAC 10 a month ago but final status it came to RAC pathetic service from Indian railways

AC didnt work. No water in flush. AC Repair staff started arguing and asked passengers to adjust rather than working on AC.

Food quality was not good and very spicy too. also the pantry people in train are not providing any food menu. Charging Rs.120/- per person for dinner, they provide salty dal, aalo ki spicy sabji, so called matar paneer ki sabji, where one hv to search for paneer, 3 chapati. there should mandatorily be options for people not taking rice at night. Railway is providing rice for the people those who don't even touch the food resulting in wastage
