highly unexpected of confirmtkt. prediction showed that it is more than 70% confirm (green symbol), but actually it did not happen. Not even RAC. shame on you people. Your services were much better previously.

Last night travelled in 13153 UP Gour Exp in 2AC up to Balurghat.. used bed roll supplied by sealdah division.. complained before Railway attendent and TTE.. demanded complained book from TTE.. but he suggested to adjust the matter.. when this nuisance will be abolished??

from MLDT to BLGT , train detained 2 hrs approx, without any reason. No announcement why this late happens. Poor punctuality and wastage of valuable time.
