The driver seems to not know how to drive, sometimes stopping, sometimes driving, sometimes suddenly slamming on the brakes, sometimes hotly lifting the pickup truck, as if everything is going to fall into place.

middle seat hang on plastic rope..it's not good for long-lasting..it could be broke any time if get extra weight (over weight personal) and no vendor coming for water otherwise all good

The train was definitely good. It was on time and we reached on time. But despite booking three seats, we had to accommodate four people in one seat. Your booking service is very bad, When I booked a month and five days ago, there was waiting list 1 for that place and AC did not confirm it. Despite paying the full fare for three people, four people had to struggle to fit into one seat. 😡

This stupid app couldn't confirm our tickets even after we paid extra for 'Ticketconfirm' mode. Scammer app, won't ever recommend this any of my known people!

a complete fake system, because during booking committed to customer, if not confirmed they will be returned 2X ticket fare. But refunded only Rs.640/- against my booking amount Rs.1206/-
A lowest mark business policy to frauds the customer.

the train is changed his destination station from dakhineshwar to koaa,not arrived at sealdah today...and IRCTC won't inform that kind of shedule at all...worst hospitality by Indian railways...

the timing of this train is so good and almost running in correct time but rake quality is so bad, it is better to upgrade from ICF rake to LHB rake

A family with a dog was travelling in the same 1Ac cabin with my family........I want to ask the indian railway ministry that how can a family with a dog have the permission to travel in the same cabin with another family......I was travelling from njp to sealdah......my train was 13150 kanchankanya express on 5th March 2020. My seat was in coach HA1 , cabin B , Pnr no. 6439744840

The bed sheets were not washed and dirty. one could make out that from the wrinkles that passenger's used bed sheets were put in brown paper packet.

Condition of coach was not good.Toilet was not neat& clean. Shutter of sleeper class was keptopen which created disburbance during night.

The train arrived almost 100 minutes late which created lot of problem because we had to catch Duronto express from Howrah it was terrible experience
