Train on time.we are in reservation sleeper coach.its like general coach.Every body coming inside in coach.No TT is there to handle all of this.1 time I saw TT came and ask for ticket.There is nobody to control that kind of passenger.Washroom is to dirty.Next time we will not travel in this train.

very much boring train. too many stopage.
food quality good but in terms of rate it's very much higher. don't recommend any one to bye from IRCTC.

Food supplied by railway canteen (a man with red uniform said that they were from railway canteen) was so bad that we had to throw them without consuming. We passed the night with dry food. They took Rs 90/ per plate and gave us one yellow colored liquid (dal?), sufficient amount of rice (half boiled probably), two vary small pieces of chapattis (my 6 yr old was used to prepare the same size and shape) half burned and one veg curry (squash and channa combined) with a very unpleasant flavor and taste which was good to cause vomiting). I request you to plz arrange a railway pantry. Bad food supplied in the name of railway canteen would damage all your good reputation for providing us a punctual and safe journey. Presence of a security personal or rail police throughout the night was really appreciable. But the sleeper class needs more cleanliness in the toilet and compartments.

The train was late by 3 hours.
The food was rotten, my child fell sick after eating the food and I was charged Rs130 per egg meal.
The train was so dirty. This is my last train journey.

Pantry Service agent should be come to the passenger with food menu chart.Then we will get the actual food price.Some cleaning stuff(age over than 35) in Malda station is very rude.

bathrooms are not clean properly. And water is not available in bathrooms.

Not required any food, therefore dont assess it. But i request to control the travel of unreserved passengers for their forced sittings, it creats problem to reservd passengers comfort and security.
