The train has many stoppages between Varanasi and Howrah, it arrived late and departed late from Varanasi, but it reached Howrah before time, since it's a long distant train, running time of 35 hours it should have a pantry car.

Non-Reservation passenger boarded in resvation coach. there was no one there for control this. pentry staff are over charging for paneer thali. when I asked for the bill they said we don't have bill. they charge paneer thali 150 rupees. washroom was not clean, after i made complaint they clean it.

rotten food serve by railway stuff....out side without ticket so many ppl travel in train.... TTE not look after all those incidents.... TTE take bribes from those out sider nd allow them make sit in reserve couch.....

টাইমের কোনো Value নেই Maintaince so worthless, Passenger Sefty & Security service very very poor T.T.E. Behaviour so rough. confirm Tickets Passenger no siting but general/without tickets Passenger hold on this sits. but t t e no help us.
it's Make In India???/ it's Modern Indian Railway Systems??? I am so Ridiculous.

why this train has no pantry car?
cleaning quality is too poor...after all I have to say this is not a express train ,this is a local train…I am totally disappointed about this train's overall experiences..

Too many ticket less passengers, even TC could not do anything. ticket less traveller gave bribe and was left without any Challan. Saw live Robbery while boarding train @ Varanasi. Arrived 2 hrs late and reached 2 hrs late.

The train reached howrah at 14-00 hrs,7hrs late than the scheduled time.
The train was not having pantry car,which is definetely required ,especially for the sr ctzns like us.
Linens were not cleaned properly. Hand towels were not provided
Alltogether it was a horrible journey, which I never experienced before.

Long distance train, no sense of timing, no pantry, cleanning bad, every time you go for booking online tickets, it shows waitlisted but practically at day time half of the train is empty. It may be because of quota of different stations?
Staff is ok, but uses old bedsheets.

please be punctual and more needful thing is food menu price is too high according to railway menu like tea or coffee price is 7 rupee but in the train it's sell 10 rupee also dinner 120 rupee but in rail food menu price if s 80 rupee

l have ordered Jain thali from travelkhana because this is sawan season and my mom don't eat onion. My mom was very hungry but when we opened the packet we saw it contains onions in each vegetables. After calling they told me that this shall not be possible. My mom remains hungry!!!!

Worst journey by indian railway so far. Train was late by 7 hours and there was no arrangement for waiting tickket passangers. Sleeper coach feels like general compartment and general compartment was near close to hell.
