strict instructions need to be announced/written, like in Metro, about keeping the trains clean, not throwing anything in the train, to the passengers. The train was dirty with food wrappers thrown everywhere, there was no cleaning done even.

The coach filled with cocroatches. On calling ,it was reported that they do not have material to treat.
