i am in 3rd AC (B4, 20) . While i was sleeping suddenly, i worked up and saw a kockroch in front of me. just imagine how much dirty this is boggy.
and about punctuality, i am writing this review even though i am in travel. According to the timetable, it reached udaipur, and it takes about 45 minutes more to reach udaipur.

Very bad train... washrooms are badly stinking and the windows are also not proper... in sleeper coach it feels very suffocating

we feel very low class journey, we didn't expect that from irctc . along with that you need to improve toilet facilities. Ticket checker and his assistant doesn't have manners how to talk with passengers ,we face very bad response from them along with they also spoke badwords (gali) while talking with them.

very nice train....its super punctual,
when i was travelling one GRP (Rajiv written on nameplate)person try to charge unnecessary amount , that time i had RAC 6 ticket ,so after lots of debate he go from there
