seat upgrade to higher class but got upper seat. I am 150 kg. It was very pain full experience. I was allotted 3AC lower birth but after upgradation it was upper seat. Ticket checker could not do any thing. I therefore request you to compensate the physical loss. in future I request you to upgrade the ticket to same birth in higher class. I hope I will receive positive response and reply from you.

It has shown confirm when I booked but the ticket did not got confirmed at the journey date because of which my ticket was cancelled.

train wasn't adequate enough in terms of modern facilities. there isn't any pantry car resultant hard to find out a single bottle of drinkable water.
