WHY NO WATER BOTTLE is given in 3AC Sleeper despite higher than normal fare for this Train ? Why no Pantry Car ? Also no attendant in BE coach - Why ? Train was Punctual

This is good train for Jaipur to Mumbai. i Will suggest Pl. increase train speed so it will decrease the journey time.i
will suggest look in train cleanliness & Food quality.
