Train wasn't clean and passengers were spitting pawn in running train and throw their pawn packet in the couch which was seen by TTR but he never raised a question and I feel very uncomfortable with nearby passenger (group of mens) who were creating nuisance

they are charging over and above the railway rates. Food Rs 180, Tea Rs 20 in train. Dip tea is also available but not actively promoting .Veg biriyani they are charging 100 Rs.

I paid money for two seats and fr two berths they allot me one seat for two members they are shown no interest fr any help any other taking action but they charged full money fr two members they shown booking 90% available at least they should inform one day before but they inform me 4hours ago ("IRCTC and CONFIRM TKT") such a waste app why they provide book ticket if they cannot help

Not clean inside of train and not changed bedsheets,pillows on Chennai central, we was used same amenities which was already used from Jaipur passengers ..why??

Train is not clean like other train. Food is costly and charged more than price.

Dear Sir, I am travelling cbe jaipur to coimbuture
Dinner rate is rs 120/- sold out
What is suprising is their rate card is not same as IRCTC online rate card.
The rate card is show veg meals rs 50/-
This is cheating please look into the matter and do the needful

Didn't eat pantry food. But quality of bed sheets and blanket was good and clean. Happy with the journey

Food pantry is horrible, vendor are not ready to show the approved rates.
