There was unauthorised passengers in sleeper coach without any ticket and there is no one from RPF
and railway staff even TTE. i have reservation in sleeper coach. With great difficulty I was able to get inside and I remained standing at the gate I could not even go inside till my seat because there was a huge crowd I also complained on the railway helpline number but nothing happened How can the railway service be so bad?no one even came there wasn't any tte no one was from RPF

worst train I have travelled ever . Not a single vendor came in train to serve nor train pantry service. i had ordered food from food on track and irctc app and they literally didn't delivered my order and I was empty stomach whole day. I had one of the worst experience ever. I was traveling through 3 Ac still the coaches are very dirty like sleeper and general coach . the toilets are worst . 3 A was very congested and it feels like 3 E

train coach bhut jada hilte he me second AC me tha pr wo general coach se jada hil rha tha itna mhena ticket lekr comfortable travel bhi nhi kr skte

It was very bad. The bedsheets and blankets were already used and the food was very bad. The staff was not good.

the bed pillow covers are not proper. the assistant was rude & drunken as well. we repeatedly ask him to change the pillow covers, he removed the same pillow cover what previous people used and gave some other. the wollen blanket was not changed, he gave the same one who used previous. the cabin was full of dust. the HA1 passengers are treating like this means the others are enjoying he'll in this train.

Lot of work was in progress on numerous locations on and around rail track also causing very slow movement and also stopping of train for long long durations also.

Try to more focus on cleanliness and educate passenger to keep clean near by area .(by keeping dust been near by seats ).. Execute some feature that will help to clean punctually by passengers it self.

Attender in 3Ac is not taking that much responsible to provide bedsheet and pillow in B3 coach... simply he is sleeping

even wl 1 ,2,3 is not cleared... indian railways very poor .. not acceptable... how can we travel believing u .. if WL1. is not cleared...need to work a lot regarding waiting lists concern
