No confirm tickets.. Only RAC.. I adjusted my whole journey in just one sleeper sit. 3 seat 2 persons.. Seriously? If u didn't gave passenger confirm seat.. Then give him refund atleast... We paid for 2 seats.. And got only one..

I travelled in 2 ac n the English toilet was shit..they were stinking.no hand-wash.even after telling the cleaners to clean the toilet they didn't.
paying 4000 was total waste.over all train was not cleaned nor the seat.
I ordered coffee which was so cold.

food pricing was too much .sleeping coach washroom needs to be clean and in proper working condition. flushes were not working inside the washroom . water was leaking and hygiene is the concern .

one of the worst train service my ticket was RAC and when I went to tc he said thier is no berth when I check he was selling the ticket to other people without clearing the RAC I have a video evidence also which will be send to railway department

The coach is good but the AC is very powerful but the toilet situation is very bad i.e.Jet Spray, Seat cover is not a proper fitting,not proper cleaning during the journey.

train bogie no s1 captured by unreserved passangers from rear end, but after complaint on 139. my grievance was solved. thanks to indian railway and their prompt action.

2 ticket book kiya aur RAC me 1 seat mili। 1 seat per 2 senior citizen kaise travel kar sakte hai। 2 seat ka paisa lekar 1 seat mil rahi to 1 seat ka paisa vapas karna chahiye

Very Rush from Ujjain and very difficulty to keep train and reach till my seat. No RPF and No police over there , without reserved passenger inside the train and cleaning issue over there. No LED display for Train arrival Departure timing and No any manual announcement, Ujjain is our very important Historical Place and very Big religious City.So pls arrange first of all Led display each n every platform/ Crossing Staircase and Over Bridges at railway station. cleaning issue at Ujjain Railway station.

Third class experience. Coaches are old and poorly maintained, strong jerks can be felt while acceleration and deceleration because of defective coupling.Toilets are small & dirty, charging sockets are limited and don't work, coaches are old and windows doesn't shut completely. Almost more than an hour late, never on time.

Its hurts to know that bedding facility not provide on prestiage train of Western Railway. Shame.Atleast 2 commods should be provided in each boggie which will faciliate senior citizens.Senior citizen concession should be restored with immediate effect

toilets are not cleaned and in hygienic conditions. the coach attendent simply dumped the bedrolls on a rake leaving on passengers to collect at their will and wisdom !!
