Very Rush from Ujjain and very difficulty to keep train and reach till my seat. No RPF and No police over there , without reserved passenger inside the train and cleaning issue over there. No LED display for Train arrival Departure timing and No any manual announcement, Ujjain is our very important Historical Place and very Big religious City.So pls arrange first of all Led display each n every platform/ Crossing Staircase and Over Bridges at railway station. cleaning issue at Ujjain Railway station.

बहुत ही शानदार ट्रेन है लेकिन पैसेंजर को परेशानी हो रही हैं और आज T.T भी नही आये हैं बरोडा भी निकल गया था जब तक लोग आपस मे एक दूसरे को मेरी शिट हैं बोल रहे थे कुछ किया जाए इस समस्या को लेकर कोच बढ़ाये जाए

Third class experience. Coaches are old and poorly maintained, strong jerks can be felt while acceleration and deceleration because of defective coupling.Toilets are small & dirty, charging sockets are limited and don't work, coaches are old and windows doesn't shut completely. Almost more than an hour late, never on time.

Coaches had cockroaches & cleanliness was missing.
Also the train was late by 90 min & there has been no updates either over SMS or in the form of announcements.

There was no food or pantry available for this train. Even there was no one to take orders. Had a pretty bad experience even with the 1st AC booking.

Its hurts to know that bedding facility not provide on prestiage train of Western Railway. Shame.Atleast 2 commods should be provided in each boggie which will faciliate senior citizens.Senior citizen concession should be restored with immediate effect

Start and last Point train reach timely but in between its delay and the cleanliness in Indian toilet was required continuously monitoring.

toilets are not cleaned and in hygienic conditions. the coach attendent simply dumped the bedrolls on a rake leaving on passengers to collect at their will and wisdom !!

Now the quality of toilets , SL class seats are good.Cleanliness is much better than earlier. All the trains should be maintained like Awantika exp.

Train ticket didn't get confirmed so canceled it.I had been charged rs.297 but during refund your system calculated amount paid as rs.280.

If you railed hungry in this train then meke sure inside the train there is nothing to eat. Toilets are not good coaches are well cleaned
