tickets are not confirmed, so how can I review the journey of the train or experience.
if you are not confirming the tickets please make sure you are able to inform customer early because customer like me how to get know about confirmation. if you are informed before 2 hrs of customers departure time. its not genuine, most of the customers are suffering from this. so please inform customer as soon as possible if there tickets are not confirmed.

but the 1st sleeper coach and general coach gets are connected and that gets
are open so that's why general coach passengers come in sleeper coach and shout continuously smoking

Train Quality was good in 2AC Coach
Punctuality is not that good since the Train was 10-15 mins late
Food Quality was bad and tasteless, we had ordered Veg Biryani which had no taste and just felt like plain schezwan rice. Also, the thali was not having any taste. Railway food still sucks

toilet seat broken in Coach B 4
coach was made unbearably cold between baroda & Ratlam
toilet spray is uncomfortably stiff and water spray is very weak in Western style commode.

worst train via I traveled.. No one is take care about sleeper coaches, all the window ticket holders are seated in the sleeper coach, transgender are forcely demanded money to passengers..

Actually for punctuality the rating should be more than 5 because it left on exact time and dropped us on exact time not even a minute late...... Would love to travel again ??

Travel experience was great . Sleeper class is also now luxurious in term of cleanliness , amenities , etc . Tremendous improvement is there in Modi Government . In Modi ji Govt the day will come when our trains will compete with the train service of any developed country.

Overall train was clean however seats had lots of dust which was not cleaned .I think all windows should get repair for its proper locking of windows dosent works well everytime.

1) too much noise
2) bathrooms very unclea
3) mineral water being charged Rs. 20/-
4) the TC SPEAKS so loudly even at 11:30/45 in the night, thus dusturbing everyone's sleep
