the washroom was so dirty it felt like a general Bogie. it was pathetic and un-hygienic. why do railways charge double the rate of Rajdhani if the service is provided equally to the local train. I need a written explanation or else I will put this in social media.

bed sheet & blanket pillow cover are smelling no fresh & washed bed sheet & pillows provided in Rajdhani exp it's shameful rail way should fix the responsibility and ensure washed bedding be provided

Tea urn is kept near the toilet and garbage bag you are serving unhygienic. if it is doing in Rajdhani Express then what about the other train is totally unexpected and food quality is pathetic. I already informed the pantry car. manager for the same. and some. one spitting gutka western toilet basin but no one has to clean or not check because sink was choked. And Food was pathetic.

aur train 🚆 compartments ko train name values kay saath upgrade ki aur cleaning ki aur bhi jaroorat hai thoda hygiene ki jarurat hai......

everytime I had to ask for their routine services. They said sandwich is finished for serving. In food they served 2 daal besides of 1 should be paneer vegetable.

Neither food was given nor blanket or pillow was there. Rajdhani used to give these two. They say due to COVID we stopped these services, then what about fare??? It should also b reduced, right?

Earlier Soup was also served during evening hours. But this time I noticed that it was not served and pentry boy replied that the service of soup has been suspended.

1ST AC HAS DETERIORATED OVER THE YEARS. CABINS ARE FILTHY. TOILETS ARE NOT USEABLE. ITS A PITY THAT AFTER PAYING FOR THE BEST CLASS ONE GETS SUCH CABINS

THE CATERING WAS BAD. DURING EVENING SNACKS THEY GAVE ONLY BREAD AND DRY NAMKIN INSTEAD OF SANDWHICH WHICH WAS GIVEN IN OTHER BOGIES. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THERE WAS DIFFERENCE IN CATERING.
