as per old rajdhani is better from dis...food quality is poor salad,papad was not served.another food's taste was also not gud. and major thing when I was booked the tkt there shown only 39 Rac n after chart prepared there was 63 rac even I could check availability only n msg as shown u can book ur tkt from TTE.bt he was denied to do the same...very bad experience

First time in my journey of 50 years the passengers were greeted by name and respect like we get in airlines. We were all amazed and appreciated the TT in A 2 coach of 12954 AK Tejas. The attendent and the pantry staff too were very courteous. SPREAD THIS CULTURE PLEASE

the coach attendent was very rude and had an bad accent of talking while we are in 2nd AC.He was almost pulling off my blanket while i was sleeping .Very Bad Indian railways.Dissapointed.Train was half and hour late,omg, rajdhani express -1/2hour late.Very Disappointed.Please look into this whomsoever incharge.Thamk you.

not travelled, because, Older Father , missing from 4:30pm and not returned till 12:30am due to , short term memory loss forgot Home,
Later the very great effort of Dadabari police, especially Mr, kapil ji, Bhai sahab of,
Dada bari, police Station,
I got my very Simple man father, (my Boda bhala pitaji)
For me 4000or5000 doesn't matter, l got my father who didn't drink water even, 50degree Temperature, of Kota Rajasthan , for 8Hours,
Thank you, Mahakaal returned my father back.
My trips was on Kota to Vapi, on 5February ,we people took,
hand some amou Ticket after wards, Your people not served refresh ment, till Vapi, Even they Served Tea very late, just before Near to destination.

The pantry guys inside the train sell brown boiled water as tea, also powered readymix tea and for that they charge 20 rs. the taste is very bad. the same goes with the packet food they sell. carry your home food.

while travelling in Rajdhani and August kranti
we got lots of jerk
where the journey was disappointment
service was good but food was not upto the mark..
In August Kranti and rajdhani express trains cleanliness in toilets and seats are pathetic, Lots of cockroaches and bed bugs as well

The management is worst in Mathura. Atleast you should make an announcement if the train is coming on different platform according to the scheduled platform. It's really drastic for passengers.

Blankets had become threadbare and the pillows were very soiled.. But the saving grace were the clean pillow cases and sheets.. The bathrooms need to be cleaned with a proper equipment.. The cleaners were using a single rag of cloth for both wiping the bathroom floor and also the coupe floor

very bad food quality and very poor quality seats and seat allotment was poor and I had requested for senior citizen's seat but was not given any lower seat except one side lower seat which was uncomfortable

Osm train always on time, but due to interlocking work train could be late about 1 hour between vapi and valsad. Food quality is also awesome. Overall this is the one of best train of Indian railways

Good was horrible. Tomato Soup... Not of real tomatoes, synthetic feel, was full of oil like feeling. My co passengers and we could not consume even one bite of parotha and egg Curry
