The overall hygiene of the coach, especially the washrooms, needs significant improvement. Passengers pay substantial fares and deserve clean and well-maintained facilities. The government should ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness instead of merely focusing on collecting revenue in the name of development.
At the same time, the public also has an equal responsibility. Public property belongs to all of us, and maintaining its cleanliness depends not only on the authority but also on how responsibly passengers use these facilities. If both the authorities and the public fulfill their responsibilities, the travel experience can improve significantly.

Worst train, flush was not working in letterine due to which potty filled in almost all laterite, no pantry available, worst security as transgender are forcelly taking money,train stops almost every small station like passenger train getting 3 hours late at allahabad only to pass other train, worst train.

did not order food. fittings in the toilet are broken, no water in the coach. on complaint it was promptly filled at Kanpur.

it's on time, actually before time but due to non availability of pantry car food quality was not gud and vendors serve food before the food timming . water problem is there.
