there was a irctc staff who was not allowing me to enter the train saying that go to the general coach very poor quality train i will not prefer anyone to book any journey from this train

The train punctuality is not up to the mark. No doubt food quality is below standard. The train users are by and large middle class or lower middle class, they opt train commuting just because of their economic situation. So, decide now 🤔

very bad condition every Sleeper coach and toilets over flow, water supply not available in Sleeper coach. I think, this is all responsibility of Rail Administration.

Not a single day this train does not run on time. Moreover the avg.delay of this train is minimum 8 to 10 hours delay. How the train is considered as super fast train? Staff behavior is average.

Lot of people paying full amount for reservations but not getting confirm seat which is a cheating by railway. They should provide seat or stop to provide waitlisted ticket.
