Again informing that in train safety of passengers becomes a major concern. IRCTC doing nothing to stop. openly a drunken man sleeping inside the coach full of passengers including females infants and toddlers. washrooms area is blocked by an authorised person who doesn't have proper tickets. TC is roaming and collecting amounts from them to provide space for their comfort.

The train seating space is very uncomfortable. No 3 person can seat in a row. Very bad experience. As I felt very uncomfortable.
The seat should be replace by chair car instead of row vise seating.
Very bad experience as I received a middle seat and didn't had any space left for me to seat comfortably.

At this price point IR is doing great service. Railway infrastructure development is very slow. WDFC corridors still not complete

Train was delayed at Udhna hardly 5 kms from the starting station without any reasons assigning to passengers.

Seat is not confortable for 3 passenger in 2nd seating. Mobile charger not available. Every bogie unreserved passenger coming tc not talk with unreserved passenger.

Once i got massage on pnr your ticket is xonfirm and on preparation of chart i got massage that it was waiting still i dont get massge for refund and it is very bed expirience from railway

The train had a compartment as FC1 but it had no AC & even the rates are high whereas compared to AC Chair Car the rates are less then FC1. When complained to the TC, she said that we have to complaint to railways as they have no authority for the same.

Need more pessanger friendly atmosphere.
Indian railway should start concessional last mininute booking to reduce in train corouption.
