coch no 217303 general coch number I will call 5 time yesterday morning adi to bct.both toilet & 3 wash besin r total non water in full trip 4 adi to bct .so what can I do?a specially total both toilet & 3 wash besin all equipment r not working. pl as soon as possible give me a reply on my 98601 18396 (anki k joshi )mobile number & call me.

सभी सुविधाएं मोदी जी की सरकार के आने के बाद ही यात्रियों को उपलब्ध हुईं हैं
सभी गाडीयो मे रिजर्वेशन कोच में जनरल टीकट वाले बैठ जाते हैं। इस पर कुछ शक्ति पूर्वक कार्यवाही करने का नियम फरजीयात बनाना चाहिए।
रेल्वे मंत्रालय से निवेदन है कि अभी जो आबू रोड से आगे के सभी रेल्वे स्टेशन पर जो इतनी ऊंचाई वाले सीढियां एक से दूसरे प्लेट फार्म पर जाने के लिए बनी है यह कोई काम के नहीं है सीनियर सिटीजन तथा विकलांग व्यक्तियों को और सामान लेकर जाने वालों को बहुत तकलीब होती है। यह काम के टेंडर व्यर्थ है। मेरा सुझाव है कि भूमिगत सूरत में भोयरा के जैसा राजस्थान के सभी प्लेट फार्म पर आने जाने के लिए मार्ग बनाने चाहिए।
इस सुझाव पर विशेष विचार विमर्श कर के बनाकर यात्रियों को सरलता एवं सुरक्षित यात्रा करने में सरकार करे ऐसी आप श्री निवेदन करता हूँ।
यह रेल मंत्री जी तक पहुँचा ने का कष्ट करें ।

Bill must be provided before taking cash for selling of food items.
IRCTC has to take the payment in UPI mode instead of cash

All over journey was very satisfied nd comfortable..no issue of any kind of ticket or any else...but I Request you to make possible to clean and good a toilets nd their passage.

The size of seat should be broader as, at times two medium size males cannot sit comfortably. At times train also takes lot of sudden jurks while running which should be repaired.

Seats are very congested, very little space between two seats, non reservation passengers should no be allowed in reservation compartments.

Was little bit avarge because all local ticket passenger are getting in reserved coach and making conjusting the passenger who has been reserved tickets
