The coaches were very dirty and seats were not comfortable at all also in the summer the train was moving in backwards direction so no ventilation at all and the toilets were the worst smelling and downgraded and so many people without any tickets also boarded the coach

I feel you cheated me. By offering Confirm Ticket for extra 300 Rs, I was misled to believe you will definitely get me a seat.
You had no back up plan.
now I ended up paying 130 Rs admin fee and was left stranded in Mumbai. what good is your coupon if there's no seat available.

train was full like a passenger train. even general ticket holders were sitting in reserved classes. TTE not even bothered to came check our tickets.

Train quality was absolutely bare minimum. No idea about the food as I didn't order anything on the train. Absolutely terrible punctuality!! the train is always late..?!? absolutely rubbish time management..

The service in the train was good but the window of the seat I got was not open but it is a humble request from the railway authorities to do the maintenance of the train properly. Coach - D 9 Seat - 85

Reserved coach was over crowded. Difficult to reach upto wash room even after having reservation. Dr.Rajesh seat no. 67 of coach D 12 lounged complaint but no security come to attend the complainant.

D5 reservation coach is just like cattle coach because without reservation people traced with us it's very unfair during my returned journey.

The reserved coaches remained overcrowded like general coach . with unreserved passengers... TTE dont dare to enter inside reserved coach. Very difficult to visit even toilet.
