The overall outlook of this train has reduced drastically....seats are very poor in quality, Ac ducts look filled with dust...
food quality served was really of substandard quality and most importantly train waits less than 2 minutes at each station and halts for more than 40 min outside ahemdabad junction.instwad why can't the train wait at Vapi, Surat ,Bharuch,Baroda, Anand for more duration .asking it easy for commuters.

The train was not cleaned and all the washrooms were very dirty and also on the lower side luggage compartment was too small all the time I had to keep my bag near my legs.

Improvement required for 3 seating arrangement. It's very congested to accommodation.

C2 lower deck me koi gandi smell aa rahi thi TC sir ko bola to unho ne help kar ke safai vale ko bulaya or safai Wale ne AC ki jali hai waha par kuch sprey lagaya to usme se chote chote kide gir rahe the sayad ander chuha mar Gaya ho ya Aisa kuch tha to ye thoda dhyaan de Dena bahot hi gandi smell aa rahi thi pura lower deck pareshan ho gaya tha 13th March 2023 Mumbai se Ahmedabad aate time ki bat hai ye

at present I am in the train C5 U
seat number 77, 78...AC cooling is not at all effective as compare to other seats...if possible inform the technical staff about the same... as still we have time to reach our destination...Try to do it at earliest.

On my travel date 21/03/2022 from Bvi to Brc with 12931(Double Decker) in coach C2 A/c was not working for particular coach and passenger suffered so badly due to summer time. This was first time my bad experience since last 4 years where I booked ticket via confirm Tkt platform.

Less space given for luggage, Train not clean enough, less water, very old coaches, less space to sit on a seat, not comfortable with next person sitting as to close and seat sizes are small.

I was traved on 6th of Feb 2020 through double Dekar train from Bombay central. To Vadodara, from your pantry department one guy was selling chips and crecars, I buy it from him and the cost was Rs.25/- I paid him Rs.30/- and he navel come back to give my change, you should provide them neat and clean cloth too.

Push back system in chair was not working, seat no is very confusing , passengers were wondering here and there for their allotted seat no. ,

Give space between back 2 back front and back seats and there is no effect of ac at middle deck because of frequent opening of main door of coach by members of pantry and passengers . It was too annoying and irritating . Please improve these two things .

The train is superfast you never get to know when your travel is completed. But Insufficient space for luggage storage and very small steps connect to lower part of the decor and the seats are not very comfortable.Needs improvement for space to store bags
not recommended for people traveling with unlimited bags or huge bags

Really best train to travel from Mumbai to Ahmdabad.. It ws my first journey in double decker train and it ws best experience. It took only 5 hours from mumbai to Vadodara.
