15 din se meri ticket Waiting List mein 1 number par hi thi, lekin last moment tak bhi ticket confirm nahi hui. Mujhe majboori mein alag se General ticket leni padi.
Ab meri pehle wali ticket ka paisa bhi gaya aur travel ke liye mujhe dobara ticket ka paisa dena pada. Agar refund milta bhi hai, to woh bhi poora nahi milta. Yaani dono taraf se nuksan mera hi hua.
Jab 15 din tak ticket 1 number waiting par hone ke bawajood confirm nahi hui, to passenger ko time par clear information milni chahiye thi, taaki woh alternative arrangement kar sake. Service se kaafi disappointment hui.

Itna late, itna rukta hua chla train, jis kaam se jana tha wo kaam bhi nhi ho payega ab to ,8:20 ngp pahuchna tha abhi 10 bje tak bhi nhi pahuch paai.
very bad experience, so bad train and service

Cleaning part is very bad, Toilets smells very dirty, although the train coaches are new, Very much late right from the starting point, Food taste is average but price is double.
The bed roll dirt, pillows were not covered.

Bedding roll was not in good condition there is pantry but it was not running. Blanket pillow cover was very dirty

very very poor cleanliness. bad sheet complit set I think one month old without washed.and no napkeen avble.when I asked to attendant he told.me not able u complain simple reply. whe v paid full amount to railway department for all amenities than what's this?pl refund our money.

bio toilet are failure,not clean, these toilets are replace with old one.
