there was an adamant passanger on 45 berth who wanted to sleep during day time too and wanted my husband 66 age to climb up and sit. we were travelling with 2 year old baby to me and my daughter were sitting on side lower berth and the baby was sleeping. while taking dinner he said adjust at your seat . he was really funny, I really didn't know how can people act so strange. there was no water in adjacent toilet. we needed to cross to A1 boggy for using toilets .

I am very disappointed with my tickets bcoz mera or meri Mumma ki ticket hote saath hum idhar udhar baitheke jaa rahe hai...Qki Maine Ticket Amritsar se nikala borivali tak or maine board kiya mathura se bus ye mujhe zara bhi pata nahi tha ke boarding point daalna tha ...Ab mai kya karu poora 12 ya 14 ghnte ka safar hai..TTE bhi Help nahi kar rahe hai

ट्रेन की सीट बहुत गंदी रहती है और सीट पर किसी ने चाय गिर रखी थी हमने सफाई कर्मचारी को बोला उसने साफ करने से मना कर दिया रात का समय था इसलिए हमने सेट को खुद ही साफ किया यह भी गंदी ट्रेन की श्रेणी में आती है और स्लीपर कोच में जनरल वाले सफर कर रहे थे स्लीपर वालों को जगह ही नहीं मिली मतलब रिजर्वेशन कराना कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ

RAC statues in Golden temple mail was 15/16 but it I was alloted half seat as sitting capacity I mean seats r do small that even single person cannot travel on that seat as my mother traveling on this seat and my son is coming standing in train I am not atall happy with this irresponsible statues as if seats r not available I think irctc should cnf half ticket for rac so experience was worst as per if senior citizens is traveling seat should be complesoury cnf not with half Seat but with full seat

Train 5 hrs late!!!!
Suppose to reach Mumbai Central at 23:30 reached 05:00 next day!
There were people in train who had to catch flights and got delayed. And several other inconvenience caused.
No one responsible or answerable ... no compensation either
In AC coach people were sitting like general unreserved coach. Had to ask them to stand up and occupy our seats!!!
AC not working in our coach (B2)!
Cleaniness not at all, dirty train and everywhere "kachra"
Toilets stinking!!!

unauthorised venders & passengers are duly travelling but no body staff pay not attenion regarding such unauthorised people,in this way mobile &other articles to be stolen,in point of safety of lugges etc
so railway authority should be seriously consider in this matters.thankus I.Railways.

wash room were very dirty ..i saw a erson just he came sprayed water nd gone ..i paid tickt amount 5000 above nd people who didnt had tickts they wear making noise nd so much disturbance.pls u shoud yake care when people pay for thier travel so much they should get proper facilities in train .

In S4 & S5 coaches latrine comodes were overflowing with dirty water,bad condition of latrines compartment and unavailablity of water faced from my boarding station at GZB.Train stopped for sufficient time at NZM but no watering and cleaning done.
Enroute it is asked to OBHS staff and TTE of coach at SWM & GGC stations,replied that complaint has been registered and watering will be at Kota Jn.
OBHS staff was not aware of this,when I ask to complain two of them ask me show where is the problem.
I want to ask that ,Is it not OBHS staff duty to look after cleanliness during allotted duty hours?

No personnel for cleaning the coaches....but was good I think the people travelling did a good job of maintain it....
Running late by 01:30hrs....
Veg biryani was good...salt on the lower side....
Emergency window not stiff enough to be opened without breaking glass...

Plz make full coach clean with seat and wall also...
And plz plz take care of water in train it always get empty for long time....
And canteen sales person sale's water botel ( Rail Neer ) in Rs. 20/- which comes in Rs. 15/- ( printed price on botel ) in Golden Temple 12903 and 12904.
