AC coaches me paise mangne vale bahut log ate hai
khane vale , pani vale , snacks vale hr 15 min me ate hai aur jor jor se chillate hai . chote bacche , bujurg ya koi bhi so rha ho to inko koi farak nhi padta .
AC me koi bhi kiu travel krta hai
1 chori se bachne ke liye

The quality of service of the railways seems to have deteriorated significantly. The toilets were dirty and bathroom fittings not maintained, the AC kept switching off, drinking water was not provided until late at night, food was also served at almost 10:00 PM.

Very Poorly management of railway...only looting middle class public... whenever try to book tatkal ticket never get a confirmed ticket...But they will sell same tickets in name of Primium tatkal with unreasonable price for e.g. SL Tatkal price is 820 they will sell same seats in name of perimum at 2400, etc.
Very third class management never thinking of middle class people and taking advantage of people's emergency situation.

Sleeper class has very Low quality of seats as well as Cleaning. For long Rout Passenger RAC seats and Short Rout Passenger Confirm seats Very bad System. I will not prefer this train In Future

Train Catering Staff Cheating with Passanger Some staff charging 20 Rupess Samosa Plate Some 30 Rupess per plate but they both are doing from train own catering So that is very bad and pathatic.

BJP party worst party. पहले 11 कोच थे स्लीपर के तो टिकट आसानी से मिलती थी । अब कोच कर दिए 6 हर ट्रैन में। सुबह तुम अपनी ऐसी तैसी करवा लो, तत्काल टिकट मिलेगा ही नही। अंदर बैठे दलाल अंदर से ही सारे टिकट बुक कर लेते हैं।
इस बार bjp को भगाना है , किसी और को जिताना है। Iam totally frustrated for not booking tickets from last 15 days. Go to hell BJP.

train is not good condition it's very poor conditions not found cleaning in this train and fan and mobile charging Sockit is not working condition. when we inside train not present coach attended and help line no. 138 also not working conditions if assuming that any tragedy facing in train how to get help RPF and medical also when help line no. is not in working conditions.

All the services were not provided willingly as they have to provide, unless you ask them, they serve it politely, but I do not understand why do I have to ask, when it's there duty to see we traveler travel safely and comfortably.
