Train did leave on time, only to halt after leaving the platform for crossing cuasing a delay of 15 minutes when reaching it's first halt at Borivali. It did not have a pantry car, so, the quality of food doesn't arise. A senior female citizens small handbag was robbed, just when the train was exiting Vadodra railway station. I was standing by the door, it was around 0335 a.m. when I noticed someone alight from the coach ahead of me and running towards the platform in poor light and unstable ground, only to realize later, that from our very own coach S4, a senior citizen was robbed !The coach had both indian toilets at the same end. Had difficulty to walk the other end to use the same, as a passenger on a RAC ticket was lying right in the middle of the pathway. Did bring it to the notice of the TC at Vadodra, but, no result. He indirectly supported the passenger, commenting that he needed to sleep.

A senior citizen of 71yrs old, gets middle berth as her seat. It's quite shameful & the railway govt. should hang their faces in shame, if there's any left.

Conditions of coaches are very bad. Towers were stinking. Side window sleeper seats are narrowed further and hence most uncomfortable. Overall much below expected experience.

please clean your coaches they are in very bad condition not at all clean,there were chewing gums on seats and sealing of upper seat.

I have use first time this app for ticket confirmation but ticket not conform and amount of deduction for ticket is also not refund and extra amount on actual price they have too charge it's very bad and bad experience

Journey was good but i had experience two major things.One was theft in my S1 coach & another there were so many unreserved publics in the reservation coach.
