Third AC toilet floor was wet from the beginning of the journey and was smelly too.
Nobody cared for that as it was seemed to me like they were providing us a train to go that's enough.
Punctuality was like hell. Sankrail to Santragachi it took one hour to reach and yet on the time table the train was only 10 minutes delay of the schedule.
Amazing...

if The company has promise the ticket so why you are not given/ maintain the policy. Refund is not a way to chooseThe write away . So the company has not given the confirm ticket inform that day in Railway tatkal timing . And improve the timing the pass the message.

Bad experience, 3ac travel booking but other person without any ticket journey with 3ac coach and also sitting reservation sit.. Tha is very irritating. Overall bad experience.

Train was clean before start, Our compartment was D2, There was no water in toilet, flush was not working

new train . cleen bathrooms. require to cleen once more during journey.

I have not taken food in train so can't say about the food quality.overall this train is very good and all the staffs and TTS are very helpful and co-operative

Train arrived howrah before time i.e 4:50.Caught no signals .Departed at time. ICF coach was clean but sandy .Berths good. Dustbin present.

There is lot of noise by co-passengers up to late night. No TTE /security staff are coming to check. Please arrange to impose discipline to people disturbing others.

Food is over charged price wise and less in quantity(weight)not as per IRCTC norms.
