It was the worst experience ever. The train was to reach at 7:41 p.m but it reached the next day after 1: 15 a.m. There were no security personnel, only 3 ladies and two children were on the train. It stopped at each local station about half an hour and more and we were to call in the help line number. After 12 a.m our PNR number became non-existent for them. Our lives were in danger. Even local people were taunting us outside. Our lives were at stake. My question for railway is what kind of service you're providing for the passenger?
