proper hygiene was maintained and staff, but the train delayed the destination by 4 hours which is not acceptable, it should be accurate or near and if there is any problem or obstacles then it's their responsibility to aware the passengers.

My starting point was at 3.25 pm at Balasore.Ticket conformation massage come at 2.55 pm..4 no of ticket buy online...1 ticket confirm with REC.At 1/2 seat 4 members journey is very difficult.So sir railway chitting the custmer and TT collecting money in their on way...they are not couprating Harries pasanger.

one of the worst train by cleanliness & maintenance, for 50ml.tea & coffee Rs.10/- were charged by train Vendors, bathrooms were Dirty & filthy.

Too much Crowded, even general passengers are taking reservation seat & TTE allowing them to do so. Food -Worst food I've ever eaten. There are no Electricity in S12.

Pantry Car is Useless. They shun selling tea, coffee etc. insted allow pvt sellers enter the train at stations. Manager of the Pantry Car didn't' take care of my personal request.

punctuality zero.... worst experience with this train . arrival at anvt in midnight ... 3-4 hrs late from scheduled time at this time where we are going bcz all transport are closed approx.

Sir,
I strongly want raise a complaint against the pantry car food vendor of Neelanchal express...for over charging the meals..when asked for receipt he started giving excuses.
How can I make an official complaint..plz suggest

Train cancelled on 26/10. There is on alternate arrengement for
Passengers. In festival seasons such type of cancellation s should be avoided by railway department otherwise give some alternative.i reserved one berth in rajdhani express.with status RQWL 12 and it is not CNF. Very disappointed movement. Horrible.. horrible...and.horrible.

ट्रैन लेट चल रही है।।ट्रैन की साफ सफाई बहुत अच्छी नही है।पैंट्री वाले 22.30 के बाद कोच में आया नही ।।।।कुल मिलाकर आज कल अगर रेटिंग की बात करे तो रेलवे की रेटिंग जीरो है
