Punctuality is very bad & painful, about rail service regarding passanger are not on time to reach destination. And that's why did surely not dependable for Railways services.

During tatkal ticket booking mobile hange, due to hackers and lots of brockers. If general people will get benifit for booking easily then will be batter.

Very bad time maintain, cleanliness is good but about punctuality if there is 0 (zero) rating I give negative rating, very sad 5 hours late.

New coach of ispat seat layout is not comfortable , please it make 3/2 seat ...no one is comfortable in 3/3 ...no space for comfortable seating ...I traveled standing all most time .... although my ticket was confirmed. So please do something sir.

Worst train. we have wait for 5 hours at tats station but train is late by 6 hour. hence we did not bored with my family.

Worst train, missed my flight twice. Showing wrong information in about delay and arrival reached Kolkata at 8:50 but updated 8:15Pm

train was late over 90min, coach condition was horrible, no presence of tte to check unwanted travellers harrashing the reserved one.

very dirty coach..i was travelling in C1, water was leaking from cileing. garbage was in coach and running late by 2 hours

1. there were available seats in the CC , however my ticket was not confirmed.2.Pantry was not clean 3. TT was not very accomodative
