This train's delay ruined all our plans. 6 hours is a lot and it couldn't even cover in 2 nights. Also the train kept stopping at the outer sides of the stations multiple times, which created more delays

Need urgent attention on cleanliness, hygiene. Small and tiny cockroaches in the coach, bathrooms dirty, water clogging,etc.

Absolutely horrible experience! The train was delayed by 6 hours without early, proper updates or announcements. Passengers were left clueless and stranded at the station with no help from railway staff. No clear reason was given for the delay, and the waiting area was overcrowded and dirty. This kind of service is totally unacceptable, especially for people traveling with families or urgent commitments. Indian Railways seriously needs to improve their punctuality and communication. Never trusting this train again!
