train reached 7 hrs late. it is common. no trains to kolkatta runs on time. it is very disgusting. Railway minister should intervene to avoid this kind of harassment ment to passengers.

it was a weekly train train condition was good coaches was almost ok ok cleaning. but washroom needs attention 😕 cleaning not good has to improve on Customer service and satisfaction... Train was delayed by 2hour 30 mints which is disappointed.. We are paying for our valuable time. then why train should be delayed so much... 30 mints ok understand but 2 hour not acceptable.

bad experiance in my first time . thish train time is bad , traip drop of station 7.30pm and thish train also running and timing is 12am . pasenger haresment . Not time ing pasengers ? 7.30pm to 12am drop of station . full refund in my payment . bad expirence bad bad also bad

Toilets were like local unmaintained toilets. There was lot of water and dust on the toilet floor making it slippery inviting accident. Corridor was always full of tea drops and circles created by putting tea tanks by pantry vendors . I never buy food in train because everybody knows that how it is prepared and worst in quality.

Long distance train Toilets must be cleaned very frequently during the travel.
Pantry food quality is still the same. Need more improvement.

tiloet and outside cabin are not good.they are jammed with full of water .as same as in toilet also .
