General Ticket jiska bhi rehta hai TT ne wating ticket kar ke deta hai, paisa kamane ke liye accha jariya banaya hai, to kitna problem hota hoga jiska bhi wating ticket rehta hoga, Paisa to TT Kamata hai par passenger ko kitna problem hota hai bo to bohi jantahoga

Some unknown was sitting on my seat without my consent for 30 mins. While asked he replied TT told him to do.I went to TT and asked him. He replied his seat no 58 and some time later while the man disappeared tt came and told me where he went he told tt that he is related to staff. He is drunken and mischievous. It's not a big deal to suspect someone takes money to provide easy seats on running train. My ticket got not confirmed when I have to pay 60 each time. To rail rail should be penalised and compensate to me rs 60 every minute he occupied my seat without my consent. 9.30pm
I suffers stomach upset frequently and south Indian food not suits me. I went to pantry and requested them to cook potato vaji and roti. They denied and they r preparing roti and cutted potato was there. Railway wants me to be starved neither stomach upset. 9.01

Too worst confirmtkt app.I booked a train ticket from Tirupati to Vizianagaram before 180 days booking status is RLWL 9, but ticket is not confirmed.Status is RLWL 3 at travelling date.Ticket is automatically cancelled.but refund amount is low. ticket fare is 445rs but refund amount is 385rs initiated I didn't know how it is calculation it is too worst experience to me.

on boarding at smvt, Bangalore there was a big rush in my bogie. it is clearly understood that who are not having valid ticket are traveling in reserved bogie. my journey took about 19 hours. there was a big exercise to go to wash room(where there was no water and very shaby). also I could not move even my legs. total walk way, between the rows and also near the lavatory, huge rush. even the TTEs did not tell them to leave the reserved bogie. what I observed is staff have cleaned the compartment with dettol and taken my signature only to that extent. lavatory is very bad and no water almost from the starting point of train. finally it is understood that unreserved passengers have occupied more space than that of the reserved passengers. finally to get down the train at my destination it took nearly 15 minutes by requesting the passengers who are sleeping on the way. TTEs must be aware of this and hence no TTE turn up after 08.30 pm - 09.00 pm.

train was not operating on the same date but even though you were just want the money you didn't allow the server to cancel my tickets
because you will not get your commission amount such aass hole you guys are who is operating at backend of this app shame on you who are working like cockroach

sir, without reservation passengers, was/her in the reservations bogies, how to journey reservation passengers in the bogies that persons smoking and no police checking, sir un reservation passengers carry heavy luggage put in the reservation seats how to sitting reservation boxes, that passengers sitting gate entrance lot of without reservation passengers, how to get down and up at railway station, we're is railway police no persons patrolling and checking.
kindly please check the rectified the problem/ ladies was a most facing problems un reservation persons sitting at toilet 🚺 out side reservation bogies.

The train was dirty to say the least. Especially the toilets. The toilets were full in the sense the commodes were unusable. The wash basin was also full of dirty water. The commodes were also full with water and shit. There was coackroaches in the train. Expected a better experience this time.

restrooms were dirty... though we launched a complain however nothing was done... biotoilet's sink was clogged with water.. the train's compartment was new... food was inadequate... however we were blessed enough to buy foods from Vijayawada and vishakhapattanam... over all was a ok journey

Lots of people traveling in sleeper coach with just waiting ticket. No RPF is shown the entire journey. The cleaning staff came once, only when they need to sing the report. The overall get up of the train gives an impression of TOTAL negligence. The train needs immediate refurbish. The toilet, the seats and upholstery are in very BAD condition.I felt, as if I did a mistake in travelling by this train. Col S C mohanty pnr 445-5684122

Ticoetlessand unauthorises persons are allowed in the reserve compartment and they were sleeping in our researve seat even on the passages also. TT were checking the tikects of the genuine passengers only. Only positive sign of this train for its timing.
